Debra Jane (Langford) Davis, age 66, passed away unexpectedly on June 4, 2021, at her home in Woodstock, Georgia. She was born in 1954 in Hartford, daughter of the late Richard Charles Langford and Gertrude Jane Langford.

Debra graduated from Conard High School - Class of 1972, and attended Tunxis Community College. She was the Office Manager at Cherokee Chrysler Dodge Jeep from 2002 to 2017 prior to her retirement. Debra enjoyed traveling and loved her many dogs throughout the years – Phoebe, Anna, Chloe, Kushka, Brock, Czar, Perkins, and Cammie (plus Maximillian her cat). Raised in the Catholic faith from childhood, she loved God and prayed often. Debra is in heaven now with her family and friends.

She will be greatly missed by her family and the many friends she has loved for all these years. Debra is survived by her older brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Susan Langford of Tennessee, and cousins Robert, Steven, and Tim Walsh (spouses and children) of Connecticut.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Jennie (Flaherty) Hill, and Henry and Mary (Rogers) Langford; her parents, Richard Charles and Gertrude Jane Langford; and her uncles/aunts, George Hill, Henry Langford, Robert V. and Mary C. Walsh (Uncle Bob and Aunt Mary).

The family would like to give a special note of thanks to Jim Hornsby, Scott Baccus, Connie Wright, Mike Westlund, Philip Holmes, and Cheryl Cattenhead for being such wonderful friends to Debra throughout the years, many special thanks to Kathy (Newton) Kapuscinski and Wendy Biggers for being her life-long close friends, and a special thanks to Mike Quirk for being her "forever friend". A loving caring friend to many, but along the way she forgot to love, care, and be a friend to herself.

There will be a graveside service for family and friends on Saturday, June 19 at 11 am ET at Fairview Cemetery, 200 Whitman Avenue, West Hartford, Connecticut 06107. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Debra to the Humane Society of the United States - https://www.humanesociety.org/ Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home of West Hartford has care of the arrangements.
