Ronnie Whitehead was dearly loved by his family, his church and his community and will be greatly missed. He was everybody's mechanic, plumber, electrician, small engine repairman, and a great friend.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Victor Lee and Evon Johnson Whitehead, his wife of 54 years, Mary Francis Castle Whitehead, his brothers, Roy Whitehead and Jimmy Whitehead, sister-in-law Marie Whitehead and brothers-in law Earl Wayne Biggs and John Castle.
Ronnie was born near Point, Louisiana and lived in later years in the Drew Community in Ouachita Parish and graduated from West Monroe High School in 1959. Services for Ronnie were held at Providence Baptist Church in Point, LA on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 2 PM where Ronnie served as a deacon for many years.
