She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Frank Rowland; son, Frank "Skipper" Rowland, III and wife, Kelly; grandchildren, Darci Marie Rowland and Annalyn Roze Rowland; brothers, Matthew Allen and Timothy Allen; sisters, Gwendolyn Watts and Brenda Creekmore. Preceded in death by her father, Forrest Allen; mother, Betty Ann Morris; uncle, Alfred E. Allen. A Memorial Services will be scheduled for a later date.
