Cynthia "Cindy" Elaine Williams (59) of Cumberland, KY formerly of Falmouth passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021 at the Harlan Health and Rehab. Cindy was born in Falmouth, KY on October 26, 1961, daughter of the late Marvin Sr. and Willetta Owens Williams. In addition to her parents, Cindy is preceded in death by her sister Dinah Newman.

Cindy is survived by her son Marvin David (Christina) Debruler and Christopher (Tabitha Hollon) Morgan, brothers Merle Williams, Marvin Williams Jr. and Billy Williams, grandchildren Courtney Jean Morgan, Hunter Jackson Debruler and Landon Hollon.

Visitation will be held from 11-1pm, Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at Peoples Funeral Home in Falmouth. Funeral service will immediately follow at 1pm, also at the funeral home. Cindy's final resting place will be in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Cindy Edwards burial fund c/o Peoples Funeral Home.
