Richard M. Reeves, Jr. "River Rat", of Union Dale, PA, formerly of the Belmont Hills section of Bensalem, passed away suddenly on June 9, 2021 in his sleep.
Richard was a faithful follower of the Lord, Jesus Christ. He was a kind hearted, loyal and gentle soul who loved all beings. Richard was an avid fisherman, Philadelphia Phillies & Eagles fan. Rich also enjoyed reading the daily newspapers. He had a great sense of humor. Anyone who was blessed to have known him knew all of his beautiful attributes.
He was a steadfast and devoted son of Richard M., Sr. and Eileen Reeves, who preceded him in death. He was the favorite brother of his loving sister, Linda Reeves Cross and his brother in law, Michael Cross. He was the beloved Uncle to Lily Cross who was truly the light of his life. He will be sadly missed by his Uncles, Elwood Guldin, Jr., Michael Zefferi (Karen) and his Aunt, Suzanna Zefferi-Cooper (Dave), and Cousins, Christina Lea, Jennifer Chorzelewski (Edward), Michael & Christopher Zefferi and Douglas Cooper, as well as an abundance of lifetime friends. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends are invited to Rich's Life Celebration, Friday, June 18th, from 6-8pm, and Saturday, June 19th, from -10:30am at Beck/Givnish of Levittown, 7400 New Falls Rd. and to participate in his Funeral Service 10:30am. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery.
