Jamie Lee Morris, 65, and a former resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, died on Friday, June 11, 2021 at Fountain View Manor in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Jamie was born in Redwood City, California to Herbert Morris and Dorothy (Eastman) Morris. She received an Associate degree from Seminole State Collage, and worked as a real estate agent for Chaney Real Estate in Wewoka, Oklahoma. Jamie was a member of the Wewoka Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the First Baptist Church. Jamie was an artist, who won several competitions for her artwork. She was involved in her community and loved to take her kids to church. Jamie loved antiques and going to auctions. One of her favorite activities was to look for sea shells on the beach. She also loved to collect Coca Cola memorabilia. She was survived by a son, Heath Lowry and wife Rachele of Asher, Oklahoma; two daughters, Paige Stover and husband Donnie of Konawa, Oklahoma, and Lilah Carpitcher and husband Stanley of Wewoka, Oklahoma; a brother, Phillip Morris and wife Karen of Ada, Oklahoma; two sisters, Sonja Atkeson and husband Monroe of Byng, Oklahoma, and Carol Tidwell of Owasso, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, Raegan Lowry, Hayden Lowry, Sami Stover, Buddy Stover, Dakota Carpitcher, Braxtynn Carpitcher, and Addilynn Carpitcher. She was preceded in death by her parents; two children, Carrie Lowry and Jacob Lowry; three grandchildren, Kyleigh Lowry, Jaycob Lowry, and Noah Carpitcher. Services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 15 June, at the Swearingen Funeral Home chapel in Konawa, with Rev. Mitch Williams officiating, followed with burial at Vista Cemetery, West of Konawa. Casket bearers were: Heath Lowry, Donnie Stover, Stanley Carpitcher, Phillip Morris, Dakota Atkeson, and Jason Lowry. Honorary bearers were: Monroe Atkeson, Chris Armstrong, and Donald Stover.
