Kathleen Rushing, 77, went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 8, 2021. She was born on September 24, 1943 to Jim and Imogene Rushing in Lebanon, Oklahoma. She was a long-time resident of Little Rock, Arkansas where she worked as a caregiver. She moved back to Borger in 2016.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Jim and Imogene Rushing and her brother, Jesse Ray Rushing.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Roden, of Borger, Texas; a grandson Jeremiah Roden and wife Janell of Snyder, Texas; a granddaughter Cherrie Turner and partner Matt Lowery of Killeen, Texas; great grandchildren, LaQuisha, James and Tayla; sisters, Mona Jim Mayo and husband Bobby of Fort Worth, Texas, Lona Rushing of Fritch, Texas and Charlene Williams and husband Haskell of Fritch, Texas, as well as nieces and nephews.

Kathleen wished to be cremated with no services and requested any memorial donations to be made in her name to an animal rescue shelter of your choice.
