Ms. Mamie Nell Williams was born in Vidalia, GA to the late Louis Kelly, Sr., and Lillie Ruth Williams.

She was a member of Ohoopee Grove Baptist Church. She was a mother and friend to many. She has a special love for children and anyone in need.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Samuel Kelly, Eddie Lee Kelly, and Bobby Williams. She is survived by her only son, Leon Williams, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; a special friend whom she loved as a daughter, Patricia Calhoun Fuller (Anthony) of Jesup, GA; 3 brothers, Louis Kelly, Jr. (Sarah) of Macon, GA, William Kelly (Marion) of Miramar, FL, and Lester Strowbridge (Tenice) of Pooler, GA; 6 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a special niece whom she raised as her daughter, Vakiya Williams; Edward Black whom she loved as a brother of Pompano, FL; a cousin that she raised as her daughter, Valerie Ellis; a special friend and caregiver, Ms. Annie Ryan; and a host of other relatives and friends.
