Nelda June Cobb was born on June 24, 1941, in McNary, Arizona to Joseph Booker Cotnam and Mary Elizabeth (Mathews) Cotnam. She passed from this life on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 79 years. Nelda was raised and educated in Pinetop, Arizona and graduated with the Lakeside High School Class of 1959. She was married on March 27, 1959 to Douglas Garrison. Later, she married James "Jim" Albert Cobb on August 11, 2001 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Nelda spent most of her working life as a truck driver with her first husband Douglas Garrison. Later she was in manufacturing with Allied Signal Corporation until retirement. She was a faithful member of Stone Canyon First Christian Church in Owasso, Oklahoma. In her spare time, she enjoyed a variety of past times such as,fishing at Grand Lake, flying in Jim's small aircraft, oil painting, and sewing. Those she leaves behind who hold many cherished memories include:
