Fannie Ruth James, 95, of Plainfield, NJ transitioned this life on June 11, 2020. Formerly of Newark, NJ, she was a housekeeper for 70 years.
Fannie, a devoted mother and grandmother enjoyed gardening, cooking and entertaining.
Predeceased by her husband, Joseph C. James, and son, Steven James, she is survived by sons Ronald and Joseph James, daughter, Lillian James-Davis, sister, Cora Donaldson, two grandchildren, Marcus and Lisa, two great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2020, 11AM at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains, NJ.
