Additional children:
8- Jacob Fleak (1817- ).
11- Anna Fleak (1830- ).

John Fleak (1778-1833) and Elizabeth Brookhart probably married about 1801 probably in Hampshire County, Virginia. John was enumerated in the 1810 census in Hampshire County. 10 of their 11 children were born in Hampshire County.

John died the year after his father-in-law Abraham Brookhart. It is possible John was buried in the same cemetery as Abraham. John was probably not buried, at least initially, in Fleak Cemetery since his son John Fleak (1813-1893) did not buy the land in Wood County, Virginia (now West Virginia) until after his father died.

Some of the information on this family is from John's great-great-great-granddaughter Mildred Lorene Fleak Bailey (1918-2002) as recorded in The Brookhart Family.
