HOUSTON, MN - Marlene E. Morrison, 71, of Houston, MN died on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at Valley View Healthcare and Rehab in Houston, MN.
Marlene was born on August 31, 1949, in Sparta, WI to Thomas and Adela (Sell) Edmison. She was raised in the Sparta area where she attended school. On October 28, 1978, she was united in marriage with Robert Morrison. Robert died in January of last year. Marlene and Bob met while dancing at a social establishment. They enjoyed camping at Money Creek attending car shows and fishing together. They would always been seen together laughing and enjoying each others company.
Marlene is survived by a brother, Robert Edmison; three nieces: Mary Strait, Patti Dickey, and Christy Cole; and by a nephew, Rocky Edmison.
There will be a memorial service for Marlene 12:00 Noon on Thursday, June 10 at Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service in Houston with the Reverend Linda McPeak officiating. Burial will be at the Asbury Cemetery in Brice Prairie, WI on Friday at 12:00 Noon.
