Joseph A. Harris, 66, passed away June 7, 2021 at Samaritan Medical Center.

Joseph was born October 26, 1954, in Pohnpei, Micronesia, son of Salvatore and Elizabeth (Kirielmo) Harris. He graduated from Marianas High School and attended college.

After high school he traveled to the U.S. with his eldest brother, when he attended college.

Upon returning to Micronesia, he met his wife, Agnes Julios, and married in Pohnpei, FSM in 2002. They both lived in Pohnpei, Micronesia until December 2016 when they traveled to the United States to spend time with their children. They moved to Fort Drum, NY in 2020, currently living with his daughter Doioko Santos in Ft. Drum, NY.

Joseph was a local farmer in Pohnpei, Micronesia. He loved caring for animals and plants, his hobbies were fishing and gardening.

Surviving besides his wife are, four sons, Alfie Nowell Harris, Star Harris, Jaybirth Harris, Steen Harris, eight daughters, Eileen Julios Nickles, Doioko Santos, Marla Harris Joseph, Melesa Harris, Vanesa Harris Camacho, Nadasia Harris, Mera Belle Harris, Joana Harris, two brothers, Albert P. Kirielmo, Asano Harris and two sisters, Sovia Harris, Marris Lih Harris, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A son, Benito Aguon died before him.

Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery in Springdale, Arkansas.
