Veronica "Virg" Ann Sandoval was born October 15th, 1959, to Efren and Evangeline Sandoval. She passed in the early morning of June 4th, 2021. Veronica was a loving mother, caring sister, cherished daughter, and a fun aunt. Her charismatic smile and energy would brighten any room that she entered in to.
Veronica was born and raised in Tooele and graduated from Tooele High in 1977. Veronica later had a son Cody who became the center of her universe, always loving to watch him play sports and hang out with his friends. Veronica was an avid pool player for 40+ years, amounting over 100 trophies in her illustrious career. Later in life Veronica became the neighborhood "cat lady", always taking care of any cat in the neighborhood. Veronica touched the lives of everyone she ever came in to contact with.
Veronica is preceded in death by her parents Efren and Evangeline Sandoval, and sister-in-law Debbie Sandoval. She is survived by Rodney Stewart (spouse), Cody Castle (son), brothers Billy Sandoval (Debbie Sandoval), Bernie Sandoval, Anthony Sandoval (Patty Sandoval), Richard Sandoval, Mark Sandoval (Christine Sandoval), and sister Leisa Sandoval-Hollis (Gary Hollis).
Service will be performed by Tate Mortuary. Viewing and rosary will be Thursday June 10th, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at St Marguerite Catholic Church. Funeral will be Friday June 11th, 2021 at St Marguerite Catholic Church, visitation period 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be conducted at 12:00 P.M. www.tatemortuary.com
