Surrounded by family, Betty Lee Trent, 83, of Easley, SC, passed away on June 2, 2021, in Liberty, SC. Betty was born in Ashtabula, Ohio to Edward Leroy Kibbee and Lois Ellen Kibbee on July 15, 1937. She graduated from Ashtabula High School in 1955. She spent 66 years in Ohio before moving to Seneca, SC in 2003 where she then moved to Easley, SC in 2005. Betty enjoyed her family and friends and loved to sit on anyone's front porch and watch birds come to the feeders. She enjoyed watching classic westerns movies. She was a lifelong fan of Elvis Presley and loved going out to eat and spending time with her friends from the American Legion. She was a very loving and caring person. She will be forever cherished and remembered by her children Lori Jeanette McAtee (Ray) of Liberty, SC; Jennifer Lee Zigmont (William) of Rock Creek, OH; Timothy John Trent of Ashtabula, OH; Michael James Trent of Liberty, SC; Heather Jo Trent (Brad Edens) of Liberty, SC; twenty-seven Grandchildren, thirty six Great-Grandchildren and one Great-Great-Grandchild. Betty will be missed by her last surviving sister Lois Ann Dubach (Robert) of Geneva, OH, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Betty is preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters, and her sons Randall Scott Kibbee, Tracy Leon Trent, and her daughter Bettina Ann Trent.
