Georgie Mae Williams, 94, of Rutledge, went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 7, 2021. She was a longtime, faithful member of Avondale Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading her Bible and talking to friends and family. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. One of her favorite hymns was "I want to stroll over Heaven with you". I believe mamaw is doing that today. What a beautiful reunion she's having with all of her loved ones there.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Elsie Storey of Jefferson City. Sisters; Margaret West of Rutledge and Evelyn Morgan of Jefferson City. Husband; Halmer Williams , daughter; Margaret Morgan and son George Williams.
She is survived by her granddaughters; Audrey (Michael) Milligan, Angela (Marty) Bibbins, grandson; Anthony (Christina) Williams and daughter-n-law Sharon Williams all of Rutledge. Great-grandchildren; Amanda (Brandon) Dunn, Cole Milligan, Andrew Bibbins and Chloe Williams. Step-great grandson; Logan Atkins, step great great granddaughter; Myla Atkins, nieces; Carol Morgan, Lisa Chambers and Rita Cash, all of Jefferson City.
