Elizabeth Elaine Lee passed away peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 12, 2021, at Sonrise Assisted Living in Demopolis, AL. Elaine was born on Dec. 31, 1932, to Carl and Thelma Buckley.
She was a wife, mother, homemaker, beautician, RV park manager, and much more. Over the years she attended Goodwater Baptist Church of Meehan, MS, Hopewell Baptist Church of Lavaca, AL., First Assembly Church of Butler, AL., Union Primitive Baptist Church, Chunky, MS.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Carl and Thelma Buckley; husband, Charles S. Lee; son, Chris Lee; brother, Warren Buckley; sister, Carleen Buntyn.
She is survived by her sons, Charles D. Lee (Ellen) Demopolis, AL, Tim S. Lee (Michelle) Demopolis, AL; brother, Jeff Buckley, Meridian, MS.; sister, Fay Collins, Brandon MS; eight grandchildren: Nicki Tyson (Clay), Kelly Dale (Cory), Tiffany Drake (James), Joe Hall, Lennie Stewart, Christina Lee, Adrienne Lee Etheridge (J.C.), Charles Lee (Kasey), Timie Lee Wilhoite (Justin); 12 great-grandchildren: Jack Tyson, Wyatt Dale, Noah Drake, Joe Hall, Gracie Hall, Caitlin Stewart, Maddy Stewart, Jackson Dickerson, Anna Allgood, Mia Etheridge, Cooper Lee, Cash Lee; two great-great-grandchildren: Colby Tidmore, Ana Ruth Sorrells.
She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
