Quinten Ray Adkins, 82, died October 9, 2011. Born in Barboursville, W. Va., he was a member of Crestview Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Anna Adkins; sisters, Faye and Blanche; and brothers, Jack and James. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Jimmie; and sons, Doug (Teresa) of York, S.C., Greg (Valorie) of Diamond, Ohio, Ted (Gail) of Streetsboro, Ohio, Paul (Monica) of Eugene, Ore., and Tim (Claudia) of Hudson, Ohio. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Rachel (Nate), Anna, Carly, Ben, Elizabeth, Martin, Rainy, Torrent, Dare, and Sanguine. Ray enjoyed woodworking, gardening, gospel and bluegrass music, and his family.
