Calla A. Noyes, 96, died Nov. 10, 1999, in her home.
Born in Manchester on April 26, 1903, she was the daughter of Benning and Emilie (Boone) Noyes.
Before retiring, Mrs. Noyes worked as a cook for Moore General Hospital.
Mrs. Noyes was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Martha Washington Lodge, Goffstown, and the White Shrine, Manchester.
She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was the widow of James Noyes.
Family members include a son Harold Noyes of Londonderry; a daughter, Eve MacArthur of Manchester; four grandchildren; nine great-grandehildren; 13 great-great- grandchildren; two sisters, Murial Tierney of Manchester, and Emilie Reynolds of Ludlow, Mass.; nieces, nephews and cousins.
SERVICES: Calling hours are Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. in Cain & Janosz Funeral Home, 74 Brook St., corner of Pine Street, Manchester.
The funeral is Saturday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. The Rev. Douglas Rickard, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
Memorial donations may be made to Shriners Hospital, Springfield Unit, 516 Carew St., Springfield, Mass. 01104.
