Mrs. Barbara Powell, age 82, of Brunswick Ga., died Monday, May 31, 2021 at her sons residence.
Mrs. Powell was born October 31, 1938, in Baxley Georgia. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Della May, and son Johnny Johnson, Mrs. Powell retired from Amoco Fabric, enjoyed the outdoors, Fishing, Reading and her flowers.
She is survived by her sons, Eddie Johnson of Dallas TX. and Jeff Johnson of Brunswick; five grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, and Marcus Johnson of Texas, Justin and Jordan Johnson of Brunswick Ga.; Sister and Brother-n-Law, Sandra and Leroy Reagan of Brunswick, Ga. and Brother and Sister-n-Law Greg and Debbie May, several nieces and nephews as well. Mrs. Powell shall be forever loved and missed by many.
Visitation and Funeral Services were held Thursday, June 10, 2021 in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home, Rev. Terry Reagan officiated.
Interment followed in the Satilla Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
