Sandra Allene Ratley Vaughn, age 67, of Douglasville passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021. She was born on January 21, 1954 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Daniel Cleveland Ratley and the late Leola Callahan Ratley. Sandra was a homemaker and a member of Living God's Ministries Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Johnny Vaughn, Jr. (Becky) of Douglasville, Scottie Vaughn of Douglasville, Saprina "Lulu" McPherson (Kenneth) of Tallapoosa, Joshua "Bear" Vaughn (Angie) of Douglasville, Dan Brock of Villa Rica; 27 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; fiance' David West; sisters: Dottie Poe, Betty Willoughby; and Shirley Sweat.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was also preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Lee Vaughn, Sr.; brother; Raymond Ratley; sisters: Barbara Cannon and Linda Willoughby.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM at Hightower's Memorial Chapel in Douglasville. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Hightower's Memorial Chapel with Brother Marty Martin and Minister Mary Rogers officiating.
Per her request she will be cremated following the service.
