Phyllis J. Clark, age 86, of Fairfield passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.
Phyllis was born in Rinard on September 12, 1934 to Ivan and Mary (Green) Jones. Phyllis was a talented seamstress and enjoyed setting up at various craft shows selling her homemade purses, and microwave bowl holders. For many years she had worked at the dress factories in all the neighboring towns, and in the 1970's she owned and operator Clark's Café in Fairfield.
Phyllis is survived by children, David Clark of Fairfield, Charlotte Clark of Grafton, and Staci (Terry) Pilcher of Geff; three sisters, Louise Jones of Fairfield, Kathryn Arnold of Texas, and Betty Ann Jones of Flora; three grandchildren, Shannon Clark, Kristy Eisenhauer, and Aaron Pilcher; two great grandchildren, Max Pilcher and Drake Eisenhauer and many nieces and nephews. Preceding Phyllis in death were her parents, brothers, Leslie and Donald Jones, sister Ellen Mae Malone and grandson, Gregory Pilcher.
Graveside services for Phyllis Clark are to be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Bestow Cemetery in Geff.
