A graveside service is scheduled 2:00PM, Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Coastal Carolina State Veteran Cemetery in Jacksonville with Military Honors. Rev Cynthia S. Duffus will be officiating.

Robert was survived by his wife Fara Lopez Owen of the home; one daughter Patricia Moon Owen of Lawrenceville, GA; and one grandson, Bruce Moon Tufu.
