Debra Lou Anderson, 50, of Fairview passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2021. She was born October 8, 1970 at Preston Memorial Hospital in Kingwood, the daughter of Chester Earl and Barbara Joanne White Deberry of Fairmont.

Debra graduated from West Preston High School. She enjoyed doing plastic canvas, playing computer games and video games. She loved her animals. Debra was always willing to help anyone even if she didn't have it.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by three children, Joshua Earl Moreland and Christina, Terra Alta, Toby Glenn Moreland, Terra Alta, and Nina Mae Shannon and Tyler, Oakland, MD; four grandchildren, Dillion, Nicky, Ozias, and Amara; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Dinah is preceded in death by her only son, Frederick Ricky Lamb II; and one brother, David E Miller.
