Son of Carter Lee Fair (1947-2020) and Katheryn Elaine (Franek) Fair. Married and Divorced Raelinda Renee Tong, and had one daughter. He spent the last decades of his life homeless, and his remains were found in a boiler room of a restaurant in Westminster, Colorado in April 2021. He was cremated and is survived by his mother, brothers, nieces, nephews and daughter he hasn't seen in 16 years. His remains will be distributed as per his wishes later this year.
