Leah worked as a food service worker, bartender, and restaurant owner. She battled cancer for many years but never complained. Her family always said she was the toughest person they knew.
She will be remembered for her kindness and generosity.
Leah enjoyed reading, cooking, gardening, quilting, and sewing.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Billie June Ragan and her son, Tony Carter.
She is survived by her father, Jack Ragan, three sisters, Diana Dunham, Gail Whitson, Terry Morgan, brother, Michael Ragan who all will be missing her very much.
Celebration of Life Memorial Services will be held 3:00 P.M., Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Wickham Family Funeral Home, 216 East 4th, Cherryvale, Kansas 67335.
