Billy Carroll Freeman, age 89 of Bismarck passed from this life on Friday June 4, 2021 at his home. He was born on October 24, 1931 in Arkadelphia the son of the late Hardy Ambrose and Verna Cox Freeman. Billy served in the United States Air Force. He was a retired school teacher and ordained minister spending time in both Arkansas and Texas. Billy enjoyed building, fixing things, fishing and reading his bible. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Cleda Freeman, one brother, William Freeman and three sisters, Lola Katherine Freeman, Lorene Jester and Mary Chambers.



Billy is survived by his wife, Maggie Freeman of Bismarck, one daughter, Carrolyn Tucker (Ron) of Bismarck, two sons, Eugene Freeman (Lu Anne) of Temple, TX and Charles Freeman (Kathy) of Kansas City, MO, two sisters Liz Guffey (Eddie) of New Mexico and Thelma Dixon (Doyle) of Texas, eight grandchildren, Blaine Tucker (Kate), Crystal Usenko (Sascha), Jason Freeman, Jennifer Freeman, Phillip Freeman (Lindsey), Kevin Freeman (Rachel), Robert Freeman, Gabriel Freeman, and five great grandchildren.
