Betty Anita Ellis, 66 of Findlay passed away Sunday May 30, 2021 at her home. Betty was born in Findlay on April 3, 1955 to Herman and Margaret (Reiter) Guttenberg and her mother survives in Kingston, TN. Betty married John Curtis and they divorced, later she married Brad Ellis and he is deceased. Betty has two children: Brian (Julia) Curtis of rural Arlington and Lisa Curtis of Fostoria along with her grandchildren: Briar, Jenna, Brendan, Keegan and Alli. Betty has two siblings: Don Guttenberg of Fostoria and Barb Barth of Upper Sandusky. She graduated in 1973 from Arcadia High School, was a collector of anything penguin related, and loved her dog Buddy. Betty worked may years at Intersil before retiring. Visitation will be held Monday, June 7, 2021 from 1:00-3:00 pm and 5:00-700 pm at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the funeral home with Pastor Josh Cavins officiating, burial will be in Houcktown Cemetery, Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.coldrencrates.com
