William B. Craig Jr.

On June 2, 2021, William B. Craig, Jr. was welcomed into Heaven by His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and reunited with his childhood sweetheart and beloved wife, Martha Jean Parks Craig.

Bill was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on June 16, 1930 to William B. Craig, Sr. and Alberta Sellars Craig.

Bill graduated from Little Rock High School in 1948 and attended two years of college. He played organized baseball as a young man culminating with playing third base for the 1947 Little Rock Doughboys in the Little World Series in Los Angeles, CA.

Bill loved the Lord and served faithfully his whole adult life as a deacon, Sunday school teacher (for 50 years) and greeter at Baptist Tabernacle, now Parkway Place Church.

He loved his family and his friends and met everyone with a smile and a strong handshake.

Bill is predeceased by his parents, his wife, Martha and grandson Jordan Dalrymple.

He is survived by his sister, Carol Craig Hollingsworth of Kingwood, Tx; daughter, Allison Dalrymple (Steve) of White Hall, Ar.; his two sons, Michael Craig of Little Rock, Ar and Bill Craig (Judy) of Little Rock, Ar; his grandchildren, Alex Dalrymple (Louise) of Nashville, TN; Hannah Craig of Southhaven, MS; Jason Craig (Tara) of Tulsa, OK and Catherine McDonnough (Adam) of Lowell, AR; and four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
