She was born on April 26, 1951, to Lawrence and Josephine Roberts in Tanana. Growing up she was taught many skills that she became very talented at. Her handicrafts she made were unique and intricate and she loved making them for family. She was an EMT for many years and helped many individuals with their medical emergencies. Her gardening skills were to be admired; she loved flowers. Every year she patiently picked rosehip petal flowers to make jelly. She was an absolutely great baker; she loved baking breads and pies.
She is survived by her sons, James (Cindy) Roberts and Kevin (Carla) Kangas; grandchildren, Travis Johnson, Francis, Michael, Joseph and River Roberts, Kyler, Kamryn and Dakota Kangas; siblings, Fred (Dolores) Minook, Thomas (Bernadette) Roberts Sr., Gerald Roberts (Effie Kemp), Francis (Kathy) Roberts, Jeanette Scannell, Julie Roberts-Hyslop (Thomas), Bernadette Roberts (Andrew Folger), Judy (Arvin) Kangas, Christine (John) Erhart; sisters-in-law, Marilyn Roberts and Hazel Mayo; numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces; and special friends Charles "Bushy Charlie" Story and Jeffrey Charley.
