He was a United States Navy Veteran.
Philip was a Master Brick/Stone Mason.
His son, Bryan Lowe, and his parents, Marion and Della Lowe preceded him in death.
Philip is survived by his life partner, Carole Wilson-Weaver; wife, Shirley Ann Lowe; daughters, Regina Amico and Charity Howell; sisters, Mary Earl, Trudy McDaniel and nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren..
