Beverly Jean Hamilton, age 82, of Toledo, passed away June 1, 2021 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. She was born March 18, 1939 in Adams Twp. to Herbert and Furl (Kahl) Gibson. Beverly was a parishioner of St. Patrick's of Heatherdowns Catholic Church. She loved music especially Motown, but the greatest love of her life was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Beverly was also preceded in death by her sisters, Shirley and Sandy. Beverly is survived by her husband, of 65 years, Robert E. Hamilton, Sr.; sons, Robert (Lynne) Hamilton, Jr., Tom (Jeannie) Hamilton and Jim Hamilton; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Leah, Keith, Greg, Jolene and Marlene.
The family will receive guests Tuesday, June 8, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900) where a Scripture Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
