She and her husband, Richard Beatty Mellon, were originally interred in the Allegheny Cemetery (Lot: 1943, Grave: 1) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but they were disinterred in 1943 and reinterred in the Trinity Memorial Chapel at East Liberty Presbyterian Church which was erected and dedicated in their honor on January 18, 1944. She and her husband were major donors of the church.
