Terry L. 'Tongue' Coulter, 61, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday Nov. 18, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Terry was born Nov. 21, 1955 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Harold D. and Imogene L. (Byers) Coulter.
He was retired from Valley Converting Co. in Toronto with 36 years of service.
Terry loved his family and enjoyed being involved in all their activities. He was a 1975 graduate of Toronto High School.
In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth and Harold 'Oink' Coulter.
Surviving is his wife, Cindy L. (Talamine) Coulter; his four children, Nicole (Brian) Rawson, Sam (Mark) Kelly, Joey (Nikki) Stoddart all of Toronto and Tori (Ed) Presley of IL; his grandchildren, Airman First Class Blaine Rawson of the U.S. Air Force, South Korea, Meghan and Jack Rawson, PFC Caden Kelly and Coulter Kelly all of Toronto, Alyssa Lynn Stoddart of Leesville, LA and Stella Marie Stoddart of Toronto. He is also survived by his sister, Sondra (Tom) Lowery and his two brothers, Chip (Georgia) Coulter and Chuck Coulter all of Toronto.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday Nov. 21, 2017 from 4 - 8 pm at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home 701 Findley St. in Toronto. His Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11 am at the funeral home. His burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
