Jerry was a jack of all trades. He knew a little bit about a lot of things. Jerry was known for his love of NASCAR and Oklahoma University football. He also had a passion for model trains which made him a hero to his grandkids. He passed his love and knowledge for hunting, camping, fishing and 4 wheeling down his sons. He was always there to teach them about the things that were important in life. In his later years, he was a constant figure on the sidelines of his grandson's sporting events. He rarely missed a game. He was always there to lend a helping hand and support to those he loved.
He was preceded in death by his wife JoAnn Phillips, mother Grace, sister JoAnne, and his brother David. Jerry was a devoted husband, loving father and wonderful grandfather and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
