Roger was born in Weaubleau, Missouri to Charles and Eva Jane Wilson on January 5, 1958 and having 7 siblings. He married Diane Wilson June 20, 1983 and had 1 child, John Robinson on September 18, 1988.

Roger's adventurous life started as a young child working in the carnival. He then enlisted in the United States Navy in 1977 for 6 years as a paramedic and pharmacy tech. No matter where Roger was, he always enjoyed helping and healing those around him physically as a paramedic in the Navy, and spiritually with his kind heart and entertaining stories.

Roger will be celebrated at the Higginsville Veteran Cemetery on Friday, June 4, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
