Tracy Marie Trenhaile-Sellers was born on September 16, 1961 and passed away on March 15, 2021 surrounded by her family. Tracy is survived by her husband, Robert Sellers and their two sons, Ian Sellers of Allen, Texas and Elijah Sellers of Portland, Oregon. She also leaves behind two sisters, Michelle Fant and her husband, Garrin Fant of Dallas, Texas and Kimberly Trenhaile of Tyler, Texas, as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas George Trenhaile and Mary Joan O'Connor Trenhaile.
Tracy was born in Syracuse, New York. As a young child, her family moved to Richardson, Texas where she remained until her marriage to the love of her life, Robert Sellers. Tracy and Robert were married for 33 years. They moved to Fort Worth shortly after marrying and raised their two sons. Eventually, they returned to Richardson, Texas.
Tracy received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Texas Women's University. Additionally, she received a Certificate of Midwifery from Parkland School of Nurse -Midwifery and went on to obtain her Masters of Science from Texas Women's University. Tracy worked as a nurse midwife for over 25 years. Throughout the course of her career, she delivered over 5,000 babies, including her own nieces and nephews. Tracy loved to spend time with her family, travel, craft, and sew. Her creativity extended to decorating her home and entertaining family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Tracy's memory be made to the Fort Worth Zoo which was Tracy's favorite place on earth.
