Charles Olen Sutton 83 of Athens passed away Tuesday June 1, 2021 at his residence.
Service will be Thursday June 3, 2021 at Spry Funeral Home at 4PM with Tim Sutton officiating .
Visitation will be from 3PM until service time. Interment will be in the Valley View Cemetery.
He was born September 8, 1937 in Limestone County he was a member of Valley View Church of Christ and retired from Goldenrod Poultry, and was also a US Airforce Veteran. He is survived by Daughter: Kimberly Ann (Timothy) Ham of Athens. Sons: Charles (Bailee) Olen Sutton Jr of Athens., Craig (Vanessa) Sutton of Tuscaloosa, Grandchildren: Joshua Ham, Corey Ham, Tiffany Hobbs, Amber Corona, Emily Tyrrell, Adam Sutton, Adam (Lauren) Ware, 12 Great Grandchildren, Brother: Jerry Sutton of Athens. He was preceded in death by his wife Georgia L. Sutton.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Ham, Corey Ham, Ronnie Sutton, Tim Craig, Dennis Craig, Adam Sutton.
Honorary Pallbearers: Adrian Sutton, Eli Hobbs, Colton Price, Jennings Ham. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice of Limestone County
