Donnie passed away
In a Charlotte Hospital,
Charlotte,Mecklenburg,NC
At the age of 41
A lifetime resident of
Cleavland County he devolped a issue with his heart shortly after graduating high school.
He underwent open heart surgery at the age of 19 shortly after his marraige.
In his mid- thirties he again underwent open heart surgery and by 35 was diagnosed with
congestive heart failure.
He suffered a cardiac event at his home that left him unconscious and though 1st responders were able to get a heart beat and the medical team stablized him and life flighted him to Charlotte.
He had been to long without oxygen and was unable to overcome the trauma.
Donnie was a loving father to his children and though he did not get to see them all thru their teenage years.
They will surely grow into the adults he wished them to be.
Those left to mourn his loss
His fiancee of Waco,
his mother also of Waco,
his son and daughter
& their mother,all of Shelby
and his brother & sister in-law
of Cherokee,NC.
Preceded in death by his father

in Nov.of 2020
Donnie will be missed by all
who knew and loved him.
Donnie was an organ donor
his too soon departure from this earthly journey will mean
more time for another
to spend with those they love.
