HARTLAND-Rev. Ronald C. Parker, 88, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 30, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.

Ronald was born on May 17, 1933, in Calais, Maine, the son of the late Maynard and Gertrude Parker. He grew up in Corinna and married Patricia Bean in 1951.

Rev. Parker was considered the town of Hartland's pastor. He was the pastor of the Hartland Full Gospel Church for 39 years. He loved the town and the people of the community. He was a teaser, had terrific wit, and always had a smart remark. He loved equipment, especially bulldozers. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and is now safely home with the Lord and his loving wife.

He is survived by 3 sons: Gary and Kathleen of Hartland, Ricky and Coradean of Corinna, and Colin and Christy of Lynn Haven, Florida; daughter-in-law, Helen of Southport, Florida; grandchildren: Chris Parker, Michelle Parker, Peter Parker, Cheryl Page, Rhonda Willette, Angela St. Pierre, Matthew Parker, and Caity Cook; many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; brother, Wilfred "Sonny" Parker of Dexter; special brother-in-law Carl Thurlow of Corinna; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents; his loving wife, Patricia; a son, Maynard; and two grandsons, Dwayne and Patrick; and 3 sisters: Marie Thurlow, Laureen Tuttle, and Lorraine Dearborn.
