Leah Mae Foster, 23, of Owings passed away May 27, 2021.

She was born February 13, 1998 in Annapolis to Stacey Barnard and James P. Foster, Jr. Leah was raised in Anne Arundel and Calvert Counties and graduated from Northern High School.

Leah worked as a waitress at Adam's Ribs in Edgewater.

She enjoyed going on road trips, the beach and being with her friends, especially going to Mexico Restaurant. Most of all, Leah loved being a mom to her daughter, London Kole.

Leah is survived by her daughter London Kole Storm Hopkins, parents James Foster and Stacey Barnard, her grandparents Daryl and Rick Hartung of Owings and Tina and Roger Dennison of Chesapeake Beach and grandfathers James Barnard and James P. Foster, Sr.

Also surviving are brothers James P. Foster III, Jace, Cash and Diego Foster and sister Makayla Rae Barnard, aunt Melissa Barnard, uncles James Barnard and Charles Welch, and great-grandmothers Janet Love and Virginia Welch as well as her second mom Crystal Tasker and the Morsell family and her soul sister Kaylyn Garcia

She was preceded in death by great-grandparents Richard and Genevieve Barnard and Fred Welch.

Leah's family would like everyone to please wear white or bright colors to celebrate the beautiful life she lived.
