Linda Gwaltney Barnes, of Ripley passed away Friday at Jackson-Madison Co. General Hospital.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband Abnar Barnes; parents, Easton Justus and Susan Helen (Kimbrough) Gwaltney; sisters, Helen Koonce and Mary Gwaltney; and brothers Danny Calvin Gwaltney and Lee Frank Gwaltney.

Grave side services will be held 12:00 pm on Wednesday, June 2 at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Walnut Grove Rd., Ripley, TN. Calling hours will be Wednesday, June 2 from 10 am. until 12 pm. at Halls Funeral Home, 109 N. Church St., Halls, TN.
