JONES, Daphne Louise Stevens Ratcliffe, 92, was born on December 23, 1928 and passed away Friday, May 28, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Harold Ratcliffe and Wilber Binford Jones Jr.; and her stepson, Gary Dean Ratcliffe. Daphne is survived by her son, Wilber Binford Jones III; daughters, Marsha Jones Grahek (Jim) and Patricia Ratcliffe Nuttall (David); grandchildren, James Jr., Thomas, Elizabeth and Kevin Grahek; three great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and devoted friends. Daphne taught the Ladies' Bible Class at Hardy Central Baptist Church for over 50 years. She retired from the United States government in 1972. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Hardy Central Baptist Church, 4655 Darbytown Rd., Henrico, Va. 23231, where a funeral service and graveside will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hardy Central Baptist Church.
