Joyce, 86, of Albion, Michigan, passed away in the loving care of her family on May 21st, 2021, in Albion, Michigan. Joyce was the daughter of Clyde and Inez (Bischoff) Raymond. Joyce attended Albion High School where she met her high school sweetheart, John Morgan. They were united in marriage on October 29th, 1955. John preceded Joyce in death on December 12th, 1993.
Joyce worked outside the home for many years in Dr. Ralph Cram's medical office. She enjoyed golfing, bowling, sewing quilts for her grandchildren, playing cards, and spending time with her family. She was also an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers and Big Ten football. Joyce was a loving and caring mother and grandmother, who will be greatly missed by her family.
She is survived by four children, Julie Harris, Todd (Linda) Morgan, Robert (Dawn) Morgan, and Lisa (Scott) Hughes, fourteen grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her two sisters, Janet Turnbull and Carolyn Ritz.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Richard Morgan and John Morgan, Jr., her husband, John Morgan, and her parents Clyde and Inez Raymond.
A memorial service will be held for Joyce on June 5, 2021 at Vickers Springport Funeral Home, Springport, MI. The family will be accepting visitors one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Oaklawn Hospice, Marshall Michigan.
