Helen was the quintessential stay at home mom, having left her secretarial position upon the birth of her first child. She was the first to volunteer to help with anything regarding her children, as family was always her first priority. She also was an active contributor to a number of local civic organizations; including the Sussex County Agricultural Society and the Sussex County Beekeepers Association. She was a yearly fixture along with her husband at the Sussex County Farm and Horse Show, where she served as a Fair Director on the executive committee and was made an honorary director.
Besides her parents, Helen was predeceased by her husband, Thomas J. Webb, Sr. in 2018; her brother, Harold Sisco, Jr. and her sister, Evelyn Westhoff. She is survived by her daughter, Denise Webb of Wantage; her son, Thomas J. Webb Jr. of Madison, and her granddaughter, Allison Vicedomini and her husband Eric and her great-granddaughter Fiorella all of Hoboken.
