Cecil suffered a stroke on May 10 and passed away onMay21,2021 He was the son of Robert.D. Reynolds and the late Willie Mae Estelle Poole Reynolds. He is survived by his father and two children daughter ;Wanda Lynn Franklin (Reynolds) ; Son Dale Randall Reynolds; Step son Kenneh Weakley ;Grand daughter Meliena Weakley; Three grand children; Hannah, Jeremiah Glen,and Luke Charles Reynolds. his sister Patricia Diane Reynolds Carlile. He was preceded in death by his wife Marion V. Reynolds, his mother and grandmother, Mae D. Towery. He was an avid hunter, loved drag racing, and was famous for his Red Velvet cake on holidays. He had a dream of one day owning another GTO.
