A 1973 graduate of Pacolet High School, Mr. Henderson was retired from Coveris. He enjoyed raising rabbits, working in the garden, loved Halloween and Christmas, liked to make people laugh, and loved his fur babies, puppies and kittens.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Kathy Bevis Henderson; sister, Linda Ramsey (Ronald) of Pacolet, brother, Michael Osment (Letha) of Spartanburg, sisters-in-law, Sheila Price and Patsy Tessnear both of Pacolet; brothers-in-law, Billy Ray Bevis and Perry Bevis both of Pacolet; nieces, Kandice Tucker (Travis), Kristy Osment (James), Chelsey Justice (Brandon), and Angela Justice (Anthony); nephew, Dale Ogle; great nieces, Sabrina Ogle, Regina Ogle, Makaila Tucker and Anna Justice, and great nephews, Anthony Justice Jr., Alex Ogle, Brandon Farr Jr., and Jamie Ivey. He was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Mike Bevis; great nephew, Brayzon Farr; best friends, Terry Chalk and Ricky Fisher, and fur babies, Cotton Earl and Baby Lucy.
Visitation will be held 11:00-11:45 AM Tuesday, June 1, 2021 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel Mausoleum, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, with funeral services at 12:00 Noon in the Chapel conducted by The Rev. Norman Band and Mr. Joe Parfitt. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum.
