Jack Dewayne Scott, age 56, passed away at 8:48 am, Friday, May 21, 2021 at his home following his battle with an illness that took him too soon.

Mr Scott was born September 30, 1964 in Amarillo, TX. Mr. Scott was born to David Ray and Mariam Oleta (Castleberry) Scott on September 30, 1964.

He enjoyed seeing the world through his semi truck windshield and being behind the wheel. Mr. Scott was an amazing person who always had a story to tell and would give anyone the shirt off of his back if they needed it. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and loved getting to watch his son be an amazing father. He will be very missed by all that loved him.

He is survived by one son, Jack Dustin Scott, his wife Cristina Scott and three grandchildren Jaycee Scott, Jaylee Scott, and Carter Scott of Canyon, TX. His brother, Billy Scott of Tulsa, OK. His sister, Donna "Jean" Davis of Amarillo, TX. His significant other Mery Ramirez of Mulberry, KS. And his Beloved dog, Jennifer.

Mr Scott was entrusted to Derfelt Funeral Home, Galena, KS for cremation. His son is planning a celebration of life at a later date.
