Son of Paul Lee Mowery, Sr. and Eunice (Allen) Mowery. After high school, he worked for the Ohio Bell company as a phone installer before moving to an inside position. It was here he met Luana (Rule), and they were married in 1990. He retired from Ohio Bell in 1993. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Philip Mowery. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Luana; sons, Michael (Michelle) Mowery, and Robert (Jeanie) Mowery; daughter, Tracy (Charles) Brobst; grandchildren, Zachary, Hunter, Joshua, and Addison; great grandson, Jack; sisters, Carol (John) Mills and Dottie (Don) Lee; and brother, David Mowery.
