Junior Lee Fowler, age 85 of Ottumwa died on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Society in Ottumwa. He was born on July 10, 1929 to Carl D. and Odetta Marie (Newman) Fowler. He married Wanda Canaan in Lancaster, Mo on August 19, 1950. He worked at Morrels, and later was self employed as a window cleaner. He loved to play golf, baseball, and he was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. He is survived by his wife, Wanda of Ottumwa, children, Diana Sue Barnett of Ottumwa, David Lee (Cindy Lee) Fowler of Desoto, Il, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and siblings, Hershel (Neva) Fowler of Ottumwa, and Sue Heady of Nixa, Mo. He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Lloyd Eugene Fowler, and brother, John Fowler. Junior has been cremated per his wishes, and there will be private family services held at a later date.
